WHO ARE WE
Chris Morley (Dad) & Jess Morley (Mum) and their five children.
We are a family of eight from Central Victoria, Australia. We live to know Jesus and to make Him known to the world.
Before embarking on this journey, Chris was a career Musician and Music Teacher, and Jessica had recently put aside her Ballet and Pilates career to embrace full time Motherhood.
After a couple of short term trips to Thailand, In January 2017 God called us to move and become missionaries, which we did later that year. Looking back, we could clearly see how God had prepared us for this in recent years, right down to homeschooling our children!
During the first few months of living abroad we immersed ourselves in language learning, gave birth to our 5th baby, and worked our way through the many challenges of starting life again... in a different culture...with a different language.
Following God's lead and fulfilling a call from years ago, in June 2018 we opened a crisis pregnancy home named "Shylah House". Along with that we run a part time homeschool co-op named "Dream School," and numerous intentional discipleship gatherings each week. All of which you can read in more detail on this webpage.
We left Thailand in 2019 and had some R & R in our hometown (handing our ministries over to B.R.I.D.G.E project run by friends Karis and Noom Piawong. Early 2021 we moved to the YWAM base in Adelaide to complete the entry level course to become part of the international YWAM missions organisation.
So that's us in a nutshell! We are still learning as we go, we don't have it all perfect, but our hearts sing a resounding "YES" when God says,"will you...?"
We welcome your involvement in this journey and greatly value your support.
